Glad you guys enjoyed this season, a season 2 has been announced and in production. I thought it was pretty solid, but man people came out in droves to hate this season for such silly reasons. It got basically review bombed on rotten tomatoes and only has a 45% rating lol. So many half star reviews saying somehow richter isn’t heroic, and those kinda shallow complaints

The reason she looks like an animal in the face is because Sekhmet is an Egyptian Goddess. And a lot of Egyptian Gods and Goddesses have animal heads because it served as like a manifestation of their powers basically and personality. Out of all the mythology, Egyptian is probably my favorite.
