Some of you have been added automatically and been assigned your tier roles. Currently tier roles are simply there to make you more noncable but also give you a few unique features other people wont have. For example, you can change your nickname in the server, use external stickers and emojis/reactions. 

Pleas use the link if you did not get added and upon joining, just slap a message in general text chat with your correct tier name and I'll personally give you your roles.
