the position goes Main - Lead - Sub. so actually Jungkook is the main singer and Jimin is lead :)

Jungkook is main vocalist (which is the highest). Jimin is lead vocalist (which is the second one). It goes from main-lead-sub. Jungkook is main vocalist probably cause he is the whole package, good voice, stable, can hit every note you ask him to, vocal agility and he sings guides and helps the other members out too. The members have emphasised him being the main vocal a lot of times. With Jimin he is lead. And Jin and Taehyung. I think they can be considered as lead vocalists too since they improved a lot ever since debut. That’s it. As far as in BTS. Only Jungkook’s main vocal position is highlighted a lot even by the members themselves cause jungkook does a lot behind the scene as well. Jimin is the official lead but I feel like Tae and Jin are up as lead vocals there too. They are all good singers but as far as official stuff this in my comment is it.

Jimin has improved his skills so much with his hard work, I think he has a lot of insecurities because he compare himself to the other vocalist, but our baby don't realized that he is amazing, I can't even imagine how difficult it is to dance and sing at the same time 🤯
