If you like the intricacy of the plot of Hotel del Luna, I highly suggest the next drama you watch to be W: Between Two Worlds. It's the most wonderfully developed plot I've seen in a drama, ever

I love that one, but there are so many. While You Were Sleeping, Goblin, Kill Me Heal Me, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Memories of the Alhambra, Love is a Bonus Book, It's OK That's Love, really too many to list.

Probably most people who love Kdrama have seen this one as it was hugely popular, but it takes several viewings before you see every detail they've put into it. It's a giant puzzle. It was written by the Hong sisters who are famous in Korea for crafting very intricate heart rending dramas. A Korean Odyssey was the drama they wrote before Hotel del Luna and it has the same type of intricate plot with a mixture of comedy, horror and heartbreak coupled with fascinating quirky characters.
