I honestly think you should watch the last episode of Running Man with IU ep. 168 before you begin something else. Especially if it is a show that is very long like Heroes.

I hope you finished RM eps 168 first. It has more IU’s scene and the game is more interesting. I’m sure you’ll love it. In RM eps 168, the other guest is park myung soo and iu partner up with park myung soo in infinity challenge. Other than RM i recommend win win for good talk shows. Then maybe infinity challenge since you’re already familiar with JYP, haha and jaesok (running man), and park myung soo. Also heroes was really good

In the scene where IU couldn't hear while performing 'strawberry moon', she was losing her hearing and couldn't hear to music and was in pain.

Olympic stadium that IU was because she was planning to have a concert there but couldn't due to COVID-19. She was thinking about what she was going to perform. Performing at such a massive stadium (like this one and the Love Poem Concert venue) is a big accomplishment for a soloist.
