So for the heart rate question. HR is closer to apical pulse which is the total number of beats the heart beats in a minute. Now the pulse is more of the peripheral pulse. So in some abnormal heart rhytms the HR is very different from the pulse as the heart instead of beating it twiches and is not capable of beating with enough strength everytime it beats to perfuse the extremities and give a peripheral pulse reading. If you dont have a monitor that can tell you the exact heart rhytmn like in a field hospital or in an emergency a quick way to hint if someone is having an abnormal heart rhythm is by taking an apical pulse and a peripheral pulse and seeing what the difference is. Also listening to the actual heart of course. But yeah sorry for the long explanation i could finish the video without explaining
