Because Ivankov is the person to know Crocodile's secret dirt, as well as his reaction (fear, embarrassment, compliance), many fans seriously theorized that he's a trans man courtesy of Ivankov. Isn't it curious that Crocodile's epithet is "Sir?" There's a sub-theory/meme that takes it further by speculating that Crocomom was Luffy's mother all along. Heck some joke that Dragon is Luffy's mom. Oda opened so many doors with the Horm-Horm Fruit. I went and found when you said the thing. Jent on Full Length ep 121-122 (12 months ago) (Luffy punches Crocodile) -> 37:34 mark. ["Wow, it's probably been a long time since Crocodile was like Knocked u-, uh knocked down; 'knocked up?' AHAHA I hope not! Wouldn't that be a crazy twist if Crocodile was pregnant?"]

So I remember when I said that pregnant thing, and you commented on that video saying I hit something close to a weird fan theory. Then when that video came out, I got a comment that said pointed to my pregnant line and said "You don't know how important that is to the One Piece community!" I'd been thinking about it a lot, but for real Crocodile being a trans man actually makes a lot of sense to me. And this is kinda reaching but the idea that he incorporates a system where women are given calendar titles and men are given numbers, then making himself "Mr. 0" is like him being proud to be the 'man of all men'. I don't believe the theory that he's anybody important's parent, hahaha, but I can totally buy the trans man theory.
