you do miss stuff, some stuff that everyone misses (that people will tell you they INSTANTLY got and everyone that didn't instantly get it is DUMB... you know the type), some stuff that others don't miss. everyone misses certain stuff, some of it obvious, some of it not you've also been spot on with spotting some things many others miss. tldr: you're not missing more than the average person

I'm glad you also like her so much. Sabo: He was actually the hint I was worried about in the last page of the Decks of the World cover story you read (which released in Punk Hazard), because Sabo was the only one who could have known to put those cups in front of Ace's grave. I'm glad you didn't think about the cups, but manga readers expected Sabo because of it. [Also, you are now free to react anytime to the "15th anniversary special ep: 3D2Y" (1 hour 47 min) because the spoiler in the end credits is safe now! 3D2Y was released during Dressrosa and takes place mid timeskip, but is listed on Crunchyroll between Fishman and Punk Hazard. It's also on Netflix! I recommend it, it's basically a movie that felt canon.] The Tragedy of Dressrosa: Maybe you missed that the soldiers called the Navy that night, but they briefly mentioned the Marine Vergo promised to send help, meaning none came because Vergo was Doflamingo's man. Sugar: Oda revealed that while Sugar is physically 10, she is chronologically 22 (and he once drew her as an adult as a hypothetical) because she ate her Fruit and froze her age 12 years ago, as well as her SBS Exclusive backstory: Monet and Sugar were sisters, whom Doflamingo saved from a terrible environment when Monet was 17, and Sugar was 9. That fact is why Monet was so willing to die for Doflamingo. We never see Sugar learn that Monet died because their relationship is never mentioned outside the SBS.
