--Zoro telling Kaku he's fired is a pun in Japanese; "fired" = "neck" --I'm possibly the first person to notice (make up) Kaku is a fusion of everyone on our side. His body stretched like Luffy, he's a swordsman like Zoro, he kicks like Sanji, he's a redhead like Nami, his nose is like Sogeking's, he's a Zoan type like Chopper, he's an assassin like Robin, and he's a carpenter like Franky. --Sanji's hot Diable Jambe is an homage to Red-Foot Zeff, or at least a reference.

Quick note on Sanjis kick names, the majority of the ones where it feels like the names are random and you can't tell the difference between the moves, that's cause it's not about the kick but where he hits, he uses food terminology to tell you where on the enemy he will hit, he has moves like "Collier" which literally just means "Neck" or "Épaule Shoot" which means shoulder shot, usually like you would call a cut of meet on an animal, which makes sense cause he is a cook. He obviously has more obvious moves like "Diable Jambe" or "Party Table" (where he spins and kicks lots of people), but most of the moves that just seem like "generic kick" are named based on the cut of meet of an animal based on where he kicks
