Everyone on this tier can submit Ocs for me to draw monthly! I'm going to choose 1-3 characters from the suggestions near the end of each month, and Draw them for the Following Month. I do not recommend the tier if you get disappointed if your suggestion is not chosen. Only choose this tier if you wanna suggest me Ocs to draw / give me extra support.  Please Note that I will not pick the same person on the Tier twice till at least Everyone on this Tier has had a chance at least once!
