The Plague Doctor finished speaking and swiftly extended her hand.
Before anyone could react, her hand was already on the Celestial Dragon's neck.

In the next second, the terrified expression on the Celestial Dragon's face froze, and they collapsed lifelessly to the ground.

This bizarre scene left the entire area in a deathly silence.

The surrounding crowd and the Celestial Dragon's guards stared, dumbfounded, at the fallen Celestial Dragon!

"What did you do? Do you even know who he is?"

One of the guards rushed forward to check the Celestial Dragon's condition.

The result made his expression turn ghastly.

"Dead... he's actually dead!"

The guard's words made everyone present gasp in shock.

What just happened? How could this strange woman kill a Celestial Dragon just by touching their throat?

No, the real question was—how dare she kill a Celestial Dragon!

"This is the end for us!"

"Run for your lives!"

The crowd was petrified. While they may have secretly wished for the death of the Celestial Dragon, the consequences were far beyond what they could bear.

They scattered, running as far from the scene as possible.

Marine Headquarters

Sengoku's face was as dark as a storm cloud. The Plague Doctor had just appeared and already killed a Celestial Dragon. This was a disaster of unimaginable proportions!

"Brilliant! She did something I've always wanted to do but couldn't!"

Garp, however, burst into hearty laughter, completely carefree.

"You fool!"

Sengoku was furious at Garp's open cheer, promptly landing a punch on his head to shut him up.

"Do you have any idea how serious this is? If someone hears you, you'll be in big trouble!"

Sengoku roared at Garp, who merely rubbed his head in annoyance.

"Find out where this Plague Doctor is immediately! Alert the nearest Marines to capture her!"

Sengoku barked out orders after regaining his composure.

"How are we supposed to locate her? We don't even know all the countries involved," Aokiji shrugged helplessly.

"We'll have to wait for the guards to contact us through the Den Den Mushi," Kizaru added.

Back at the scene...

"You bastard! How dare you kill a Celestial Dragon! They are the gods of this world! You wretched sinner!"

"Die! You'll pay with your life!"

The Celestial Dragon's guards, consumed by rage, charged at the Plague Doctor in a frenzy.

As protectors of the Celestial Dragons, any harm that befell their charges usually implicated them as well.

With the Celestial Dragon dead under their watch, their lives were forfeit. Desperate for survival, they sought to take the culprit down with them, hoping for mercy from other Celestial Dragons.

The guards, like madmen, launched their attack at the Plague Doctor.

Seeing the swarm of guards rushing her way, she realized surrendering was pointless and prepared to fight back.

"Although my abilities are strong, my combat skills are lacking. Let's see how I fare," she thought, bracing herself.

Suddenly, fierce winds erupted all around them.

The violent gusts made it nearly impossible for the guards to stand, let alone wield their weapons.

Some heavily armored guards were even swept off the ground and hurled into the air.

"Hmm?"

The Plague Doctor tilted her head in confusion, unable to comprehend what had just happened.

"Excuse me, miss, may I have a word with you?"

A man in a gray cloak appeared behind her. His face was marked with intricate patterns that made him unforgettable at first glance.

"And who are you? Was that wind your doing?"

The Plague Doctor curiously observed the man.

"You don't seem to be plagued," she remarked.

"Plagued?"

The man seemed puzzled by her comment.

"In any case, I suppose I owe you a favor. I should tell you my name, but I've long forgotten it. Just call me the Plague Doctor. And what's your name?"

The Plague Doctor asked candidly.

"Dragon. Monkey D. Dragon."

Marine Headquarters

"What?! It's Dragon! What's he doing there?" Garp exclaimed.

Aokiji speculated, "Could it be that the Revolutionary Army has a presence there? Are they planning a revolution?"

Akainu growled, "Damn it! That makes this even more urgent. We must act now!"

Kizaru added, "The Celestial Dragon's guards have already contacted us through the Den Den Mushi. We know the location."

Sengoku declared, "Then move out immediately! We cannot let Dragon succeed in recruiting her. If the Revolutionary Army grows stronger, it'll be a massive problem!"

Tony Stark: "Why are you all so on edge over this guy? Who is this Dragon?"

Robin: "Monkey D. Dragon is the most dangerous criminal in our world. He's a revolutionary leader who has gathered many followers to overthrow the Celestial Dragons' tyrannical rule and reform the world. It's said he's already toppled the governments of several nations."

Steve Rogers: "So someone is finally standing up against tyranny in your world. That's a good thing!"

Rogers had been frustrated by the corruption of the World Government but felt powerless to intervene. Hearing about someone actively opposing it lifted his spirits.

Akainu sneered, "A good thing? Revolutionaries are just the biggest criminal organizations. They only cause chaos and destroy peace!"

Loki chuckled, "Your so-called peace is just a facade that serves your interests."

Akainu retorted, "Even a facade of stability is peace! Because of the Revolutionary Army, many countries have plunged into chaos. What's the point of that?"

Diana countered, "Revolutions come with sacrifices, but those sacrifices are necessary for a better future!"

Akainu: "Hah, a better future? Who can guarantee that the Revolutionary Army will make the world better? If they make things worse, who will bear that responsibility? Maintaining the status quo is the best option!"

Bruce Wayne: "He's not entirely wrong."

Steve Rogers: "What?"

Bruce Wayne: "Not every revolutionary is capable of governing. In our history, many who overthrew tyrants failed to rule effectively. If the revolutionaries are worse than their predecessors, the change is meaningless."

Steve Rogers: "But if no one tries, how will you ever know? Should people endure tyranny forever without seeking change?"
