On the seventh day of Dak's stay in Yggdrasil, he found himself alone.

Madara had departed for the One Piece world, boarding Whitebeard's ship to train and refine his physical strength. His small personal goal? To be able to single-handedly take down all nine Tailed Beasts using only his body.

Izuna headed to Alliance City to seek Dr. Vegapunk and replicate a pair of Sharingan eyes. Meanwhile, Hanzo and Kakuzu returned to the Ninja World on assigned missions.

Dak had long contemplated creating dedicated Agriculture and Law departments within the Alliance. And for those roles, the talents from the Ninja World were naturally more suited than those of the One Piece world.

The Agriculture Department would benefit from the presence of Wood Release users, making the Senju clan an ideal resource. While replicating Hashirama's Wood Release was out of reach, Vegapunk's combined efforts with Orochimaru and Hiruko could at least produce users with capabilities comparable to Yamato, specializing in afforestation techniques.

For the Law Department, no one could surpass the precision and intelligence of the Nara clan. The Ninja World, known for its discipline and calculated approach, had the ideal candidates to lead such initiatives.

To balance power between the Ninja World and the One Piece world, Hanzo and Kakuzu were tasked with identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for these roles.

Under the World Tree, Dak stood watching Esdeath.

On his head, Celebi and Mew snoozed peacefully after a morning of mischief.

Esdeath clutched a delicate willow leaf in her hand, focusing intently as it bent slightly under an invisible force.

"Not bad, you've started to grasp some psychic energy," Dak said, encouraging her.

For psychic abilities, psychic energy was akin to chakra for ninja techniques.

Esdeath was in the early stage of extracting psychic energy, a process significantly more challenging than chakra extraction.

Unlike chakra, which could be felt and manipulated even by novices, psychic energy was elusive and intangible. Without enough mastery, one might not even realize it existed.

If Dak hadn't pointed it out, Esdeath might have assumed the bending leaf was caused by her fingers unconsciously applying pressure.

"Huff!"

Esdeath exhaled deeply, her cheeks flushed red from effort, and let the leaf drop.

"Not bad. You're officially a beginner psychic user now," Dak praised, patting her head.

Despite her modest beginnings, Dak could already see Esdeath's potential. Even in the Pokémon world, individuals who spent over a decade mastering the basics of psychic energy were considered talented.

And Esdeath had achieved what many never could—she had begun to manipulate psychic energy within days.

"Huff… this is exhausting. Training my body is much more rewarding," Esdeath complained, her breath still uneven.

She preferred the physical training in the One Piece world, where tangible progress fueled her motivation. Even in the Ninja World, where she trained to manipulate water and wind chakra, she could feel steady growth.

"I understand that psychic training is tiring and difficult," Dak reassured her. "But psychic abilities offer unparalleled potential—not just in battle, but in countless other ways."

He empathized with her struggles, as this was his first time teaching a disciple.

"Alright," Esdeath nodded obediently.

Though she found it challenging, she wouldn't give up. Her determination to grow stronger wasn't a fleeting whim—it was a driving force, an unyielding resolve.

"Still, why do you keep holding your breath and tensing up when using psychic energy?" Dak lightly flicked her forehead. "I've told you many times, Esdeath. The reason your psychic power doesn't last longer isn't a lack of energy—it's because you're exhausting yourself by holding your breath."

Esdeath had a habit of clenching her entire body and holding her breath while attempting to manipulate objects.

"I can't help it," she explained. "It's the only way I can feel the energy clearly."

"You need to break that habit. Focus on control, not brute force," Dak instructed patiently.

His own psychic abilities were granted by the system, requiring no effort to acquire, so he could only offer advice based on intuition.

"Take a break and spend some time with your Pokémon. Talk to them about your struggles," Dak suggested, gesturing toward two eggs nestled under the World Tree.

One was an Alolan Vulpix egg, specifically chosen to complement Esdeath's eventual mastery of Ice Release.

Although Esdeath hadn't awakened the Ice Release kekkei genkai, her water and wind chakra attributes made it a likely prospect.

The other egg belonged to Ralts, a Pokémon Esdeath personally selected after poring over the Pokédex.

Her ultimate goal was to evolve Ralts into Gallade, the Psychic-Fighting type Pokémon, which aligned perfectly with her combat style. While the graceful Gardevoir was an impressive psychic powerhouse, it didn't suit Esdeath's preference for direct, physical confrontation.

As Esdeath wandered off to bond with her Pokémon, Dak shifted his attention to the bustling town.

The presence of Celebi and Mew had drawn countless visitors, all eager to catch a glimpse of the mysterious Pokémon.

"So mischievous," Dak sighed, feeling the slight weight of the two Pokémon still napping on his head.

Celebi was relatively harmless, occasionally causing flowers and trees to flourish unexpectedly.

Mew, however, was a prankster. It loved transforming into eerie Ghost-types to startle unsuspecting townsfolk, knowing full well that many were still uneasy around Ghost Pokémon.

Yet oddly, those who were frightened seemed to enjoy the experience, often returning to the same spot in hopes of encountering Mew again.

"I'll need to craft a story to salvage their reputations," Dak mused.

As he paced, his gaze fell upon the towering World Tree.

"Aura… life force…"

An idea sparked, inspired by a tale from another world—the story of the Hero of Aura and the guardian of a great tree.

"That's it!" Dak's eyes lit up with excitement.

Yggdrasil City, while picturesque, lacked the renown of other Alliance cities. With this story, he could elevate its status and create a legacy.

[The Aura Hero and the World Tree Guardians]

Dak scrawled the title into the dirt with his finger, a satisfied grin spreading across his face.

This would be the theme of the upcoming event—a tale centered on Mew, Celebi, Aura, Guardians, and the World Tree.

"I'll make this a decennial event," Dak decided.

With a slogan like "Miss it this time, and you'll have to wait ten years," he was confident Yggdrasil City would soon become the heart of excitement.
