After discussing the establishment of branch schools with Olvia, Dak prepared to make his debut in front of the second-term students.

Today marked the seventh day of their military training.

Since this was elementary-level training, it lasted only seven days in total, making today the closing ceremony. Dak would deliver a speech as the leader of the Pokémon Alliance during this event.

As night fell, over ten thousand students sat cross-legged on the field with their Pokémon partners nestled by their sides.

Although the field wasn't large enough for all the students to run together, it was more than sufficient for them to sit with half a meter of space between each other.

A massive stage stood at the front of the field. The night before, students had performed class-based acts on this stage.

Each class of the second term consisted of over a hundred students, and there were a hundred classes in total.

While a hundred classes seemed like a lot, this number represented all departments and majors combined.

Pokémon Academy adopted a university-like system from the elementary level, splitting into numerous departments and specialties. Students chose their majors upon enrollment.

Departments included fields like battle studies, performance, breeding, grooming, refereeing, and research.

Within each department were specific specialties—for example, the refereeing department had battle referees, coordination referees, and breeding referees.

Students were allowed to switch majors within their first year and during transitions to higher levels.

When divided across departments, the hundred classes averaged three to four per major, with a shared advisor for each specialty.

Looking at it this way, a hundred classes didn't seem so overwhelming after all.

At this moment, Olvia stood on the stage dressed in professional attire. Holding a microphone and a speech draft, she delivered a lengthy monologue, leaving many students struggling to stay awake.

Backstage

"Do you need a speech draft?" Robin asked while tidying up Dak's appearance to ensure he looked approachable to the students.

For those unfamiliar, the scene might evoke an image of Robin gently adjusting Dak's collar with a wifely demeanor.

The reality, however, was quite different.

Robin, standing at 188 cm tall, was nearly two meters with her black high heels, towering over Dak by a full head.

The actual scene involved Robin bending down to smooth Dak's green hair, making them resemble a mother and child more than anything else.

"Miltank~"

Miltank waddled over, holding a microphone receiver for Robin.

Robin patted Miltank's ear affectionately before clipping the receiver onto Dak's collar.

"No need," Dak shook his head. "Most of these kids are half-asleep already. I'll just say a few words and be done with it."

Having once been a student himself, Dak knew no one cared to listen to what school leaders had to say.

Robin hesitated briefly at his response but ultimately shrugged as Dak stepped toward the stage.

While students generally ignored school officials' speeches, things were different when their idol was on stage.

Dak's popularity in the ninja world had historically been low, especially with figures like Madara overshadowing him. Many ninja children idolized Madara far more than Dak.

That changed last week when the second Alliance-era Akatsuki leader revealed that Dak had co-founded the Akatsuki organization with Madara 38 years ago, ushering in world peace.

The ninja world was stunned.

The leader of the Pokémon Alliance was the original Akatsuki leader?!

Fans spanning four decades emerged overnight.

"Whoa!"

The moment Dak stepped onto the stage, thunderous cheers erupted from the crowd.

The sound of over ten thousand students and several thousand Pokémon cheering together was deafening, even for Robin backstage.

Dak stood momentarily stunned. Weren't many of these students asleep just now?

"Now, let's welcome the leader of the Pokémon Alliance, Dak, to give his speech," Olvia announced, guiding Dak to the center of the stage before stepping aside.

Standing before a sea of students with sparkling, expectant eyes, Dak swallowed nervously.

He initially planned to recycle a few lines from Olvia's speech but realized that wasn't an option now.

"Wow, the Alliance Leader looks even more dashing than his statue in the Hall of Origins!"

"He seems so kind and gentle!"

"He's amazing! Truly worthy of being my idol!"

Before Dak could gather his thoughts, the students had already started whispering among themselves, particularly the young girls, who were utterly starstruck.

After a week of rest at Yggdrasil, Dak appeared more vibrant than usual, his eyes shining with energy. His transformation from a weary bureaucrat to a warm, charismatic figure captivated the crowd.

Dak knew what kind of words would resonate with the students—ones filled with a mix of dramatic flair and motivational vigor.

"Students," Dak began, his voice steady yet passionate.

"Gathering in this world might be destiny's arrangement."

"Listen well. As someone who has walked the path before you, I have words of advice to share."

"Dreams never truly end. While you are young, chase your dreams boldly."

"The road ahead will bring triumphs and failures, tears, and even moments of retreat. Calamities are a constant in this world."

"It's okay to cry, but you must endure. Only by facing these trials will you grow into self-reliant individuals."

"To me, you represent the future of this world. One day, you will become unstoppable forces of nature."

"I, Dak, as the first leader of the Pokémon Alliance, swear to stand before you as a shield until you are ready to take on the world."

"Stride forward with the determination to surpass even me. Make the world hear your names and remember your faces. Let everyone cheer and celebrate for you."

"Let any disaster come—Pokémon Alliance will always protect you!"

"There will always be a moment for you to shine. Why can't that moment be yours?"

For a brief moment, the entire field was silent. Then, an uproarious cheer broke the stillness, voices full of excitement and inspiration.

Naruto, Lee, Choji, Mamoru, and other passionate students were moved to tears, shouting their resolve with renewed vigor.

"This is youth!" Lee exclaimed, his spirit practically bursting with energy.

Even those like Grant, Kaya, Binz, Neji, Ino, and Hinata, who harbored quiet ambitions, clenched their fists with newfound determination.

"Good luck, everyone," Dak concluded, raising a fist before leaving the stage, leaving the closing remarks to Olvia.

Backstage, Robin greeted him with a smile.

"Impressive, boss. You came up with those words on the spot?"

Dak sighed. "Tomorrow's headlines will be all about me again."

"I'll let Olvia know you don't want to attend next term's events," Robin teased knowingly.

As Dak nodded in agreement, he turned to address his next task.

"Time to prepare for the Coordination Contest."
