Large floor-to-ceiling windows bore the invisible marks of hands pressed firmly against the glass.

"Mmph...!"

With a stifled groan, Temari collapsed to the ground, utterly drained.

After several minutes, she gasped for breath and weakly muttered, "Enough... enough. I need to go back."

"Enough? That's impossible. Don't joke with me, Temari-san. I'm just getting started," Yoichi said with a smirk, clearly unfazed. He had already used Rinbo: Hengoku to recover his strength, putting him in peak condition once again.

After promising Ino his support a few days ago, Yoichi had been in a foul mood. He had intended to play and leave like a typical scoundrel. However, Ino's naive trust had thrown him off; she saw him as a true emotional refuge. If he walked away now, she would likely be devastated.

Though he initially sought to avoid attachments, Yoichi found himself unwilling to harm Ino, whose genuine affection stirred complicated feelings within him.

This unresolved frustration needed an outlet, and Temari, with her hostile attitude toward him, had become the unfortunate target. Unlike Ino, Temari harbored nothing but animosity toward Yoichi, and he saw no reason to hold back.

Slapping Temari on the back, Yoichi ordered, "Get up, Temari-san. To the bed."

"Again?!"

Temari's face turned pale as she noticed Yoichi's renewed vigor. Fear crept into her heart.

"Please, not the back... I beg you!"

The pain she had already endured forced Temari to swallow her pride and plead. Continuing like this might affect her daily life.

"Stop whining, Temari-san. If you want me to honor my promises, you'll have to fulfill your side of the deal..."

Yoichi's calm yet firm tone left no room for argument. Gripping Temari by the waist, he pulled her back onto the bed. However, before he could continue, the sound of the doorbell interrupted them.

Ding-dong! Ding-dong!

"Now what...?"

Annoyed by the interruption, Yoichi activated the surveillance system. The feed from the shop's entrance appeared on the bedroom monitor, displaying three young figures.

"Strange, isn't the shopkeeper here?"
"He should be. Didn't we just ask around? The door's locked from the inside, so he hasn't left."

Hearing the familiar voices, Temari turned toward the monitor in horror, her face paling when she saw the intruders. Among them was her son, Shikadai.

"Shikadai? Why is he here?"

Temari panicked, struggling to get up, but Yoichi quickly pinned her down.

"Calm down, Temari-san," he said evenly. "Your son isn't here for you. If he were, he wouldn't be politely ringing the bell. He'd already be upstairs. However..." Yoichi's tone turned cold, "...if you don't behave, I can't guarantee what your son might see."

Temari froze, anger and disgust flashing across her face. "You're despicable... utterly despicable."

"You've still got the energy to complain? Let's see how long that lasts."

Ignoring her protests, Yoichi activated a clone using Command Seal. The clone descended to handle the visitors while the live feed displayed everything on the monitor. Despite her embarrassment, Temari couldn't help but wonder why Shikadai was here.

The clone opened the shop door, feigning surprise at the sight of Boruto, Shikadai, and Inojin.

"Three kids? You're not here to buy secret medicines, are you? What brings you here?"

"Why not?" Boruto crossed his arms. "What kind of secret medicines do you sell anyway?"

Shikadai quickly stepped in, pulling Boruto back. "Hello, sir. I'm Shikadai, and these are Boruto and Inojin. We're here to ask you a few questions."

"Shikadai... and Inojin... You wouldn't happen to be related to the Seventh Hokage and Ino, would you?"

Pretending to ponder, Yoichi's clone stepped aside to let them in, offering tea before continuing. "So, what's your business here?"

"We're here to buy secret medicine!" Boruto declared after taking a sip.

Yoichi's clone replied flatly, "The cheapest one costs a million ryo. Even Konoha can only afford a few. I doubt you're here for that. Get to the point."

Realizing subtlety wouldn't work, Shikadai got straight to the point. "Sir, we heard that you're friends with Ino-san. Inojin has noticed some strange behavior from his mom recently. Have you noticed anything unusual?"

"Strange? In what way?"

Feigning confusion, Yoichi replied, "About a month ago, Ino seemed troubled, likely due to family issues. She often visited the bar next door to drink, and I gave her some advice. But I haven't seen her much lately."

"Advice? What kind of advice?"

"Family matters. I'm not at liberty to discuss someone else's private life. If you're curious, ask Ino herself."

"But—"

"It's not a friend's place to reveal such things," Yoichi interrupted firmly.

Upstairs, Temari cursed Yoichi silently. He was a hypocrite of the highest order—how could someone like him claim to value friendship? Ino must have been thoroughly deceived!

Distracted by her thoughts, Temari accidentally let out a muffled sound as Yoichi resumed his assault. The noise carried through the open bedroom door, faint but audible to trained ninja ears.

"Hey, is there someone upstairs?" Boruto asked, his curiosity piqued.

"Hmm? Yes, but I can't spare much time for you. If there's nothing else—"

"Please," Shikadai interrupted, "if you know more, let us know. This concerns Inojin."

Yoichi's clone glanced at the time. "Enough. If this is all you came for, there's nothing else to discuss. Adult problems aren't something you kids can solve. Go home."

Before they left, Yoichi handed a small bottle to Inojin. "Here's a recovery pill. It can rapidly restore physical and chakra energy. Take it—it might save your life one day. You can ask your mom about it if you're unsure."

Surprised, Inojin hesitated. "Me? Really?"

"Yes. Consider it a meeting gift. Now, off you go."

Outside, the group regrouped, still puzzled by their encounter.

"Why'd you accept his medicine?" Boruto asked, annoyed.

"Should I have refused?" Inojin shot back.

Shikadai intervened, "Enough. That shopkeeper's no fool. Giving Inojin the medicine ensures Ino will find out about our visit. He's shrewd."

"So, he's indirectly tattling on us? That's sneaky!" Boruto exclaimed.

"Not sneaky—just smart. Even if Inojin doesn't ask, the shopkeeper might mention it to Ino anyway. We were too hasty in confronting him directly," Shikadai admitted, scratching his head.

"What now? We need an adult's help," Boruto muttered. "Someone who's both capable and discreet."

Shikadai sighed. "Do you have someone in mind?"

Boruto shivered at the thought. "I do... but she's a nightmare to deal with."
