Here goes the file, for those who wants to take a peek into the backstage.
For the most part (backgrounds, accessories and all) I used the same process as usual. 

Therefore, I used a totally different one for the skin. This is something artists who really paint mostly do when it comes out to painting render (at least the ones that I know the process of) :

Instead of having one layer for shadows and light like all the other drawings, I just directly paint over the base color both shadows and light (You can check it in the Skin Painting Layer)

It is quite a different process from mine as I have to blend colors directly from the Brush tool, instead of erasing shadow where there is none

I hope you'll learn a bit from it as I did, keep in mind that this kind of process requires some practice to obtain good renders.
