Yae Miko Genshin Pack (.PDN File) (Patreon)

It's been a while since I posted a PDN file here, soooo if you want to take a peak at my pipeline, now would be the time!

Again, I use paint.net. You can download the software for free on their site, it's not the same one as the original paint that you can find on Windows.

I named every layer so you can easily understand what I used them for. There's no clipping in it, and no group of layers. The distinction and usage are harder than PS, but if you can either learn to work without these features, or just get inspired and use a similar pipeline in another Software.

Two things I'd like to point out:

Even if it is Pixel art I sometimes make smooth blending between colors. There's an option within the software to switch between smooth pixel drawing and hard pixel drawing (most of it is done with the second option).

As you can probably see, the line I made in black is now slightly brighter and red-ish. I always copy the line layer, make it red and low the opacity, to get a nice skin-like glow over the line.
