Okay I think i got it, this time for real, trust me

Was struggling alot with penelope lately, her hair has always been a pain due to the part and spikyness just being wayyy harder than I thought doing it multiple times. So decided to go back to her roots a bit, keep the spikes but do the regular anime 3-way bangs, coat around the arms, crop top and a harder expression to try and differentiate her a little bit more from angie as the resident big boobied slight goth.

So going forward Penelope will be leaning more towards the "Ice queen/cool beauty" except when around Nat then she'll show her softer side
