Alexandra's Timeline (Patreon)

Realized I hadn't posted this on partreon yet, so here you go ! As usual, everything in here is subject to change. To be clear, this is a timeline of major events within Alexandra's life before being sent to Alcheryos.

Also please note that Alexandra is not her true name. She is referred to as such for ease of reading and a variety of reasons, but it should be kept in mind that she was NOT born Alexandra Rousseau and that person arguably did not exist until Arcadia cooked up an exit strategy just in case, and was forced to use it after the battle of Europa.

2093 (0) : Alexandra is born.

2109 (16) : Alexandra enlists in the EFN, mere months before the discovery of hyperspace is made public, and ends up being propelled forward through the process due to the EFSN's massive expansion.

2113 (20) : Alexandra graduates from the naval academy, is promoted to ensign, and sent off at Joint Operations Station Pluto. There, she watches the UISN attempts to build a Hyperspace Tap, and accidentally destroy the planetoid, alongside an entire naval task force and several hundred thousand personnel, the single largest loss of human life since the Interplanetary Wars.

2119 (26) : Alexandra is sent to Alpha Centauri as part of the EFSN 3rd fleet in one of the first EFSN capital ship deployments outside of Sol.

2121 (28) : The First Battle of Alpha Centauri takes place and the Alpha Centauri Campaign begins.

2123 (30) : The Alpha Centauri Campaign officially comes to an end; and the Third Fleet is ordered back to Earth for repairs and rest, Alexandra goes with it.

2124 (31) : Alexandra is transferred to the Office of Logistics. She meets Arcadia, and they become lifelong friends and allies, especially after her parents undergo euthanasia.

2129 (36) : Alexandra is transferred to project New Dawn, which is laying the groundwork for a revolutionary generation of laser weaponry and starting designs on a new generation of capital ships. Early on, she makes a contribution to project Ragnarock when designing a new type of capital class fusion reactor.

2132 (39) : At the tail end of Project New Dawn, as the program is prepared to be shut down to begin the development of the various ships and technologies imagined by the project, Alexandra secretly becomes part of Arcadia's hivemind on the 3rd of november, 2132, in [REDACTED]

2133 (40) : Alexandra, now a vice admiral, is a rising star within the Office of Logistics and put in charge of designing the Dawnstar-class battleships, whose program begins in early march, barely a few months after her digitalization and integration into Arcadia's hivemind.

2138 (45) : Alexandra is promoted to admiral and takes command of the entirety of the Office of Logistics.

2144 (51) : Through Arcadia's 'patronage' and as part of the hivemind's Project Hegemon, Alexandra becomes High Admiral of the European Federation Navy by parliamentary acclamation, after being nominated to the post by the Federation council.

2146 (53) : Alexandra disconnects from the Arcadia hivemind, has her mind inscribed back into a biological brain and takes command of the EFSNS Dawnstar and the European Federation 6th Fleet, subsequently deploying it to Alpha Centauri. There she takes part (and overall command of EFSN forces) in a series of clashes with the UISN which culminates in the Second Battle of Alpha Centauri, where she wins a strategic victory (though arguably a tactical draw) despite overwhelming odds, mainly thanks to the newly introduced Dawnstar and Nova class warships.

2147 (54) : The 6th Fleet is recalled to Earth, officially to take delivery of the second tranche of Nova class battleships, unofficially because an informal truce has been reached with the UIS and the European Federation attempts a detente. Alexandra begins the Nascent Stars program, to create the Infinity-class cruisers.

2151 (58) : Europan Incident, [REDACTED].

2152 (59) : Alexandra Rousseau, experienced engineer, is assigned to the frigate EFSNS Phénix, and then sent to Vesta on peacekeeping duties, after the Arcstar attack causes the asteroid and de facto space habitat to come to light to the public as a dangerous hub of illegal and terrorist activity.

2153 (60) : Gomez Viltra, renowned killer for hire, vanishes after taking a contract on Alexandra's head, alongside his entire team. This is shortly followed by the disappearance of their employer, Altyria 'Valkyrie' Mastrik, crime lord of Vesta's sector C and a highly influential leader of the Belter crime family Starvoid. The Starvoid syndicate is annihilated three months later when a vest pocket thermonuclear warhead is detonated in the middle of an assembly of their lords, originally called to respond to the Vesta peacekeeping mission and ongoing piracy crackdown. The assembly was taking place onboard the Syndicate's private Melavone ring station in low Mercury orbit, and its annihilation lead the organization to implode into infighting over leadership positions, and the subsequent feeding frenzy from other criminal organizations over the remains is credited to have prevented the various syndicates from forming a coherent response over the Vesta peacekeeping mission and de facto blockade. The Starvone crime family is widely believed to have perpetrated the attack, but many note the military level of precision and fanatical nature of the attackers, as not a single member of the strike team believed to have boarded the station to plant the warhead left, instead all dying in an apparent suicide attack.

2157 (64) : Alexandra is reassigned to a pirate patrol ship, the light cruiser EFSNS Saschen, and spends the next 4 years suppressing piracy in the asteroid belt.

2161 (68) : Alexandra is precipitated into hyperspace.
