Those last two scenes were so intense, prime Leftovers right there. As for why Nora resents the Murphys enough to throw a rock through their window, I think it's more than just the Matt thing. Nora feels like they robbed her of her sense of security by maintaining that the girls departed. The only reason Nora chose this town was to escape her old life and instead now it's all being shoved back up in her face again, and part of her blames them.

When the lady working at donations asked for Nora's PayPal, that was a callback to her original centric episode "Guest" in season 1 where Holy Wayne's tall bald dude asked her for $1000 to get a hug, and they required PayPal.
