The scene with Jaime and Cersei was very controversial. Everyone involved making it, including the actors, insisted it was consensual, at least in the end. And everyone who watched it was like "Wtf, this was clearly rape." I think the scene was probably written and acted as the said, but then they fucked up big time while cutting/editing it. Because I can't see how anyone could watch that and not see rape. (I think this should go without saying, but if the person you're about to have sex with says anything close to "Stop.", "No." or "This is not right." you just stop. End of story.)
