This was one of the funniest episodes in a while. Kevin and Cassidy's first conversation was so funny, "A real live woman" was hilarious and the entire dinner scene where Beth realises something is up made me die. The way Randall says "oh you're right" is so fucking funny It's crazy how it can be one of the funniest episodes but also make me sob at the end lol love this show As someone who had a rocky relationship with my parents in my teen years (I was a bitch) and is finally in a better place with them (I would love to be even closer though) the Rebecca and Kate relationship always gets to me. It's so beautiful how they are now. Kate was never one of my favourites, despite relating to her a lot, but her growth from season 1 to now is amazing and I fucking love her so much. Also, it's funny because every time they show Kevin with one of his love interests I think I don't even really care who he ends up with because they are all great choices lol How good does a show have to be where I don't even care who he ends up with (as long as it's someone we know) because they've done such a good job establishing all these character? I didn't think I wanted him with Cassidy but after this episode I would. be happy with it! Even if I think they closed the door on that option here. Ultimately I think I would prefer Sophie to Maddison, I just think out of all the women he's been with her just loves her so much. Sorry for the ramble hahah I love this show so much, the fact we only have 13 episodes left is horrifying

Also, Matt was the guy at the camera store who asked Rebecca out after Jack's death but she wasn't ready. They showed it in the before episode recap but idk if you watch those. I don't think we've seen anything else of him

Oh... I didn't watch the recap but I remember the scene you are talking about. I kind of liked that scene also. However obviously so bittersweet with the grieving and the relationship with the kids.

Suuuch a great episode this week. I really like how this season's been going so far...it's starting off at a slower pace with some great material, and I have a feeling things are gonna kick off by the midseason point. There are people out there that like Madison and want her to be with Kevin, but I really don't. They don't vibe well together, IMO. I'm rooting for Kevin to end up with Sophie, but I really did appreciate Cassidy in this episode. She was spitting FACTS, and Kevin needed to hear it.
