Hitopopamus

Not sure how I feel about this episode. I think Nacho's death was a bit abrupt and premature and that they could've handled it better and give him a proper sendoff. Not much happened in this episode otherwise...

Nacho (MIchael Mando) had a good role in Orphan Black.

Nacho went out on his own terms. For such a long time his moves were forced by one side or the other whilst all he wanted is to make decisions for himself. He didn't have much of a chance to survive and he used his last bargaining chips to protect his father. The whole episode was a swan song for Nacho. Yeah, surprised it happened already in ep3 but that just hightens my expectations for the rest of the season.

While that's true I think I'd prefer to see a redemption arc a la Jessie Pinkman. He truly deserved redemption more than anyone else on this show

Yeah, mee too. For a long time we all reffered to Nacho as the "Jesse" of this show and had hopes for him. That's why it hits even harder that the writers went with the grounded, brutal reality of this world. As much as I wanted Nacho to make it, objectively I think this solution made the show even better.
