Update: Now this makes a ton of sense on how a small creator like me randomly got noticed.

Source: https://vimm.net/bbs/?p=viewPost&Post=33475

This also explains why not ALL my works were linked, is because the AI recognized the likeness of characters of my most recent works that generally look much closer to the original compared to the older ones.

This does not mean I will post Nintendo characters as after this I just do not want to risk loosing my Patreon.

It's the only place that has been reliable and most people don't go to Subscribestar, not to mention the payout limit minimum is now $150 so it would take a while to get any income from there.

======= UNEDITED ========

I took down all posts related to Nintendo (I still gotta remove all pokemon related stuff too)

Looks like this is real:

(Jul 6, 2024) Literally this month. from Sports Illustrated.

Right?? I'm a small creator too, but looks like they are gonna do the same to all other creators and probably let patreon know, This is wild cause the Sports Illustrated one was made just before my Twitter posts DMCA as well :/

I think you probably have to stop doing nintendo characters, they talk seriously about legal stuff and maybe the risk is not worth, they are many other characters to make content.

Fer

Yes, It hurts because I really like some fire emblem characters, But it's what it is.

More time for Elsa. 😁

Their are AI detection models like YOLO that people can fine-tune to detect specific objects/patterns and chances are they use something like this.
