Tier Descriptions have been Cleaned up! (Patreon)

And made the About Banners skinnier.

From now on, THE ABOUT TAB will be your info hub!

The only details you need to know will be left on each Tier description.

I decided to remove a bunch of unnecessary info when it's already mentioned in the About tab, I feel like and probably assume people weren't fond of seeing the same info in the About tab being repeated and also almost tricking people into thinking there was even more info.

Sorry about that, honestly didn't even think of it that way until I read through it xD

This should help guide people to only one place to see all the info, one example is the Character Request info in the About tab contains the image count for each tier. The Tier descriptions had the same info except the image count and I believe some stuff was left in that I took out in the About tab.

Also, It was all over the place since I would change the about tab and the tier descriptions would be forgotten and would be outdated.
