Ever since I fixed my issue I have been getting a larger ratio of passed images.

Images that pass are ones where legs aren't messed up(uneven leg length, ugly fingers on legs, uneven thigh thickness), lighting and style aren't changed too much, and hands are reasonably fine and don't look too messed up.

I removed the legs up prompt and it's made a massive difference in the results.
