Actually now that I think about it I haven’t seen you draw bears before :0 I think it would be cool to draw many diverse animals :3 like a sea cucumber :)

uhhm I don't think I have an answer for that yet! I've kinda worked on their stories individually and changed some stuff, but I still want to have a story with these 2 characters, so I'm sure I'll figure something out :] Feel free to let me know if there's something more specific that you'd like to ask about backgrounds! I'm not very good giving detailed advice without a bit more context ^~^

WHAJS sorry for the late response, I don't get reply notifications for some reason it really really depends on what you want to shade, I generally use 3 tones for everything Light tones - highlights, smooth out edges between mid tones Mid tones - base shading, pretty much shaping the shading and where it goes according to the light source Dark tones - detailed shading, adding small details like textures, and depth --- here is a quick example of tones applied to wood: https://f2.toyhou.se/file/f2-toyhou-se/images/46030689_5WCXcTBYg3i3WGw.png I hope this helps out!
