Rules: Tier 3 supports are allowed to join in, If your not in that tier you can support at that level to enter (I do check to make sure only these supports are in the raffle). You are not forced to stay in Tier 3 the entire month, just for the event. Winner is allowed a drawing of any idea they would like, minding my t.o.s. of what I will and wont draw, and about 4hr of drawing time will be dedicated to the piece. I will accept "artistic freedom" but would prefer an idea of your own.
