This is the winner of the most recent pinup giveaway, won by WWEFan. I actually did several versions and posted a few of them on my Tumblr. WWEfan's actual commission involved cum bursting from just about every orifice, some text balloons, etc., as well as a version where it's just Katherine's muscular belly with no inflation.
