Bonus: Halloween 2019: Low-Res Early Access (Patreon)

I had considered using Inara for this, since she's so large already, but I've been drawing her a lot lately plus she was already the star of last year's Halloween pinup. I had also considered making Creature-Bianca muscular, but I feel like that build isn't really right for her. Of course, this is kind of a retread of the Vampire Bianca w/ Hannah pinup my wife drew last year, but once I came up with this idea I just wanted to go for it. Bianca's taller than Hannah already in the comic, but I went ahead and made her even taller for this.
