14-22: Early Access (Patreon)

This has been another frequent request for Karen and Jenna to get into a situation like this. When I first pencilled this Karen was simply naked, and looking at it the page looked a bit... dull. So I decided to spruce it up by giving her some kinky lingerie. I had actually debated for a bit whether I should put her in an outfit to match Lily's, but I think I prefer just adding more variety.
