A lot of people deduced correctly that the mysterious "customer" was going to turn out to be Trixie, but I doubt anyone guessed that Trixie would also be dressed as a princess as well :) Although I guess it won't really matter too much since it's pretty easy to assume that her dress won't last long once she starts on her dessert.

Not a lot of people have commented on Jenna slowly acquiring jewelry throughout this. I guess if it's not explicitly mentioned by the characters it's a detail that can easily just get swept up in the changing outfit thing, although I get the feeling quite a few people are going to notice the hair streak...
