Karen's monster form was decided basically to facilitate the joke about Kat appearing as something other than her obvious catgirl form. Although I made a point to do her cat-form in a totally different way. I wasn't sure what kind of monster to make Kat into at first, but then I had the idea about her hair looking kind of like wings, and it didn't take me long to settle on a monster girl for her after that. It's a pretty standard harpy girl design, but I kind of like the look for her.

Today's page of Side Dishes is a bit of a complex one. Work has started on the colors, but it's still going to be a few hours before the page is ready.
