This was supposed to be a very quick, simple pinup to have something to post for Thanksgiving, but trying to get the crust texture looking right actually ended up taking a lot of time.

I know that Cherry pie isn't necessarily the best dessert to represent Thanksgiving, but I think it's probably the "sexiest" flavor of pie, if that makes any sense.
