Cleo's nipples kind of break one of the "rules" of the comic... in that strange or, uh... impossible sex is really only possible because of magic. Anastasia's abilities all come from magic, and Jenna's stamina and the transforming effect she has on some women is also due to magic. But Cleo has stretchy, fuckable nipples for no real reason. Maybe she did some kind of experiment on herself? To be perfectly honest I didn't think much about it when Dr. Sharktopus and I first designed the character, and it's only recently that I've started to realize that it's just a bit incongruous to the writing.
