We don't have a lot of time to set up an entire plot and story with this comic, so I wanted to imply something and just let the viewer fill in the blanks themselves. I think implying that Anakin did something to upset her is probably the cleanest way to explain Ahsoka falling to the darkside and also abducting Padme.

Also, there's only a few minutes, but there's still just barely enough time for patrons to vote on the next page of Side Dishes.
