We're back to Cock and Dagger! This is definitely meant to be kind of a "high fantasy" world, where magic is impressive, but still a common occurrence in the world. Lol we actually deliberately designed Noemi's panties so that they would form natural cups for her balls to rest in once she transformed. It was pretty fun to figure out how the effects should look with her magic... I'm not sure why I gravitated toward purple for her magical color... I suppose it just seemed appropriate for a dark elf.

The language she's speaking is a mystical language that magic users all speak and understand... though if you're curious, find the Miskatonic font and it should be easy to decipher.
