According to a comment on the previous page, these kinds of dildo-strapon things don't actually work, which doesn't surprise me, but that's the nice thing about porn... if I limited myself to things that are actually possible in real life like... 95% of the comic wouldn't exist.

The only issue in my experience is that they don't stay in very well. The hook isn't a bad idea, they're just too heavy for it to work. If you're not going to be in a position where it will stay in very well, it's a good idea to have something holding it in. I think there are strap-on harnesses that have an open hole, and that would work, but I feel like snipping a hole in a cheap pair of panties that fit pretty snugly might work.
