Hey everyone! OMG you guys....this was a rough one!!! Not only are we getting dragged through the mud, but to lose someone so precious........my heart is broken!!! :(((( But he went out helping so much, and even more than that, he helped Johnny throughout the whole journey. I truly feel like Johnny is a different person thanks to having known Gyro!! I'm just gonna miss him unreasonably :((((((( Not to mention the poor horse!!!!!! Meanwhile we finally get somewhat of a win with the evolution of Johnny's Stand!!!! I really really hope Valentine is gonna pay for all this!! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

Hey Melissa, I had a really hard time editing this video this time because I got really emotional too. And seeing you cry made all much worse. And the fact that I also had to pick sad music didn't make it any better. But again, it was a lot of fun editing the video and picking out memes. I'm glad that our communication about what should or shouldn't go into the review works well. Thank you again for that. I was actually looking forward to this chapter a bit, because I knew that you wouldn't handle it very well now that Gyro won't survive this part. For me personally, it was actually clear from the beginning, when I knew that Gyro's last name was Zeppeli, that he wouldn't survive Part 7. If you think about the fact that not a single Zeppeli has outlived his part so far, I was actually one hundred percent sure that Araki would not break his tradition. But also in Part 7 Araki proved that he can write and visualize death scenes really well. Seeing the pure sadness and anger on Johnny's face when he saw that Gyro was dead was so sad to watch. And also the flashback we got made it even worse. Funnily enough, my favorite thing about JoJo is the death scenes because they are always so well written and also have such an emotional impact on the viewer. Of course, the anime makes a lot of difference, because the good choice of music and great voice acting really underline the whole thing. But even in manga form, I was really moved by it. But that's also because Araki really wrote Gyro as a main character in Part 7 and he really had a totally great relationship with Johnny as a big brother. He taught him so much and never doubted him, like unfortunately all the other people in his life did. It's really hard for me to see Johnny lose everything that was dear to him. I can actually draw very big parallels to him and Jonathan from Part 1 because they both lost their families in one way or another, had to suffer under a very vicious person who destroyed their lives and also had to say goodbye to their beloved pets. It was said at the beginning that Slow Dancer is already a very old horse and should really be retired after this race. Considering that a 16-year-old horse can still take part in such a big race, it's remarkable . Unfortunately, there wasn't that much slice of life between the horses and the other characters in this part. I would have liked to have seen more interaction between the two, as the horses really played a very strong and important part in this story. I think Araki could have included a few more scenes. I'm just as fucked up about Valentine as you are. He plays his role as the Main Villain really well. He really pisses you off and upsets you a lot. But at the same time, it makes him a very well-written character when he evokes such emotions from you. D4C is just too damn strong an ability. You can be glad that Johnny was finally able to bring his stance to the top level that Tusk Act 4 is now, thanks to the lessons he received from Gyro. The stand looks really creepy and a bit frightening. It really just shows how strong this stall actually is and I agree, it's one of the strongest stands in the JoJo universe. I'm already looking forward to the next review, as we're in for some very unexpected surprises.

AWWWWW you did so well on this! I'm both happy and sad that it made you emotional too! The music and memes were perfect!!! Thank you so much for all the good communication on it! Yeah I hear you, it should've been a huge death flag that he's a Zeppeli!! I was naïve and held out hope!! I couldn't agree more about how well done this death scene was, Araki really found a way to make this non-animated form still evoke SO much emotion, which is incredible. When it gets animated, I could see it being among the saddest anime deaths of all time! You're so right about Johnny and Jonathan, both of them lost so much!!! There's a lot of parallels. Ohhh I totally forgot that about Slow Dancer!! In a way, it's kind of a second chance for him too isn't it? I would've loved more horses lol but oh well, at least we had the bond between Valkyrie and Gyro! Valentine is sooo well written!! And D4C is really OP and clever! Tusk Act 4 is scary and no joke, but I love how it's the culmination of everything he learned previously! I'm glad you agree that it's one of the scariest!!! I hope you love my next review!!! ^_^
