Hey everyone!  I'm here today with episode 2 of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier!!!!  Oh man, we get even more into the plot in this one!  RIP Redwing, the police scene was SO infuriating, the counseling scene was everything, and we even get to know our "Flag Smashers" group a bit more.  Also, last but not least, we get to see a lot more of the new Cap in action....and I'm not sure how to feel about him!  I'm REALLY trying to find reasons not to like him.....but he also kinda seems like he's trying his best...?!?!?!  Guess we'll have to see what happens next!!  ~ MH

About how the flag smashers got their powers. When they were at that safe house the girl in charge got a text from someone saying "You took what is mine." Then almost at the end at the airport, they said that the Power Broker's men found them. It looks like this "Power Broker" has a working way to enhance people and he sells it to the highest bidder and the Flag Smashers either stole it or made a deal and then went back on it.

My view on the Captain America situation is this. Steve Rogers became Captain America because he was a good person who wanted to do the right thing. He even did what he felt was right when it went against his own government. He saw Sam Wilson as a good man who was capable of carrying that burden so that is why he gave him the shield. John Walker is a great soldier but he doesn't have the same moral conviction that Steve had, which is part of why he was picked by the government for the job.

I can totally see what you're saying here! Steve's commitment was to overall moral good; John's is more or less to the government/his country which is good in a way, but not the same thing, and yeah, probably why he was picked. Thanks for clarifying!
