Hey everyone!!!!  Welcome back - I am back today, ep 6 of RWBY Fairy Tales!!!!  Wow guys, here we are the end of the series (for now...???)!!!  OMG!!!!!  This might be my favorite yet, just for the cameos alone!!  But WOW, on top of that, we get a pretty awesome story of a legendary silver eyed warrior....my question is, is this the story of two folks we already know?  Or just a legend??  Probably the latter, but seeing Tai's reaction to it was still so moving.  And Ruby's line that ends the episode......I'M NOT CRYING, YOU'RE CRYING!!!!!!!!!!
:'D  What an amazing series guys, I loved it!!!  Enjoy!!  ~ MH

I knew this episode was going to be great but I didn’t expect it to be my favorite one I loved it so much. And the main reason is doing something extremely unique not from the book at all and having this story from the book be read to baby Ruby and Yang. This is such a simple story but I think that’s what makes it so good and a strong adaption. I love the little detail of Tai having to use a simpler synonym for complacent because they are so young. I love this setting of a protected village and the dangerous forest around it. The way the warrior appears and saves the kid is so awesome and I actually like the design even if the other design from the book is better. It’s great how mysterious the warrior is and it’s cool how she inspired the boy to become stronger and create things to protect himself. I love how it evolves from him having nothing, to having a dagger then a sword and finally the same hooked blades as the warrior. The reason behind why she fights down and protects people is so powerful and poignant especially after seeing the darker side of humanity which considering what we know of Salem is definitely connected to her trying to wipe out silver eyed warriors. At her home it certainly looks like a struggle so she was taken. I believe this story is Oz using it to try to warn silver eyed warriors about Salam. I love how the boy took on her role and you can see that 1 of the reasons he was reading the story was that it reminded of his love of Summer and a little bit of Raven since it’s Tai projecting things from his own life on to the story with the warrior having aspects of Summer and Raven. I like the detail of Yang falling asleep 1st since before all her character development she was all about fun and adventure unlike Ruby. I love how we see the inspiration and love Ruby has for stories and selfless heroics and it invokes so much powerful emotion especially with her father’s sadness also being included. And wow the transition to Ruby’s eyes is incredible and I love how she looks in this art style. The end of this episode is too adorable for words almost. Also I love how much this episode made me emotional it was so well written. Great reaction and I can’t wait for more RT and RWBY reactions. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you!!!! Right?! It was such a great one! LOVE the story being read to Ruby and Yang, and the extra detail of Tai having to use a simpler word! Yes, it's fairly basic story but super well done and extra special because of all the nods to characters we already know. It was cool to see the evolution for sure. Oh ok, interesting that this was a warning story from Oz. Yes, Tai is totally projecting himself, Summer and Raven here! Oh that's a great point about Yang falling asleep first, didn't even think of that! YES didn't she look amazing and adorable in this style?! Loved that ending!!! It was great! Thank you so much for all your support and compliments, it means a lot!!!!!!!!
