Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction to episode 84!  WHOA!!!!  Enter a new, scary character....I knew the royal guards were gonna be legit, but DANG!!!  Even Rammot decided to change his whole life just by looking at this individual, sheesh!!!  Poor Pokkle.....to think he survived only to go through this....!!!!  And so, now the ants know pretty much all the Nen basics.
Shoot.  And that's just ONE of the royal guards....and we still have the king on the way....!!!!
Dang guys, things are about to get ugly aren't they?!  Great ep!  Enjoy!!  ~ MH

Lets gooo! Pitou is one of my favorite chimera ants. She's a little morbid but you can't not like her cat like personality. Haha

Hi Hime :) Poor Pokkle, I'm sure he would have preferred to die some other way... Neferupito as Kurapika when he was introduced, to leave doubt about his gender, and it seems to me that he never specifies whether "Pito" is a male or a female ant. Togashi is very fond of androgynous characters and has created more than one, whether in HxH or other series (Level E for example, another of his mangas, with a prince as the main character, with a very feminine appearance ). But if I say that, it's because Pito won't be the last example. In any case, you could have a demonstration that the guards are not to be taken lightly. I also like the fact that Hagya (the lion ant), recognizes the difference in strength and prefers to step back to get stronger and progress. His shows even more their human characteristics and not creatures ruled only by instinct. Not a good sign for our heroes, but it also proves that another path is possible.

Oh btw Pitou wasn't controlling Pokkle with the antenna, she was doing that old medical practice where you stick needles into someone's brain to change their personality, find out information, basically change their brain. I forget what it's called but she was basically poking his brain with needles and stirring it up to unlock the information.

Aside from the demure stuff, anyone else think it was a little precious having a pig looking ant be the chef? No, just me? Ok *oink oink* 🐷🐖👨‍🍳

Hi Spadeas! :) Oh I know, poor Pokkle!!! And true, it does feel like the gender hasn't quite been establishes! That's interesting that the author has created similar characters. Yes, the guards are no joke! And very true about Hagya, it definitely shows there's more to their actions that just instinct. It does show higher reasoning, but perhaps there will be some good in that, if they decide to back down from this fight eventually!

Welp.. Pitou is here.. despite what she did.. and what she will do,, she is still my most favorite :D there is not a thing thats wrong with her :D she is perfect.. >.<
