Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to season 1 episode 1 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime!  The show really hit the ground running!  As with any reincarnation story, you can't get there without a death first, oof.  Slime seems really bouncy and fun and I'm excited to learn more about this new world we've been dropped into!  There's even a dragon (a very lonely dragon, it seems)!  Based on the end theme, it looks like we have lots of new characters to meet too!  Seems like it's gonna be a fun show!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

So I thought about leaving comments per episode here but decided since you’re watching two per session it’s probably better to just move on and then unpack things in the next one. See ya over there! Two things to pass on quickly though: There’s no previews, it appears, it’s just the voice telling you the name of the next episode and shutting off. You mentioned “Rising of the Shield Hero.” I haven’t seen that myself, but Crunchyroll just sent an alert out that Season 2 has begun, so there’s that for you.

Such a fun title, not a fun start. Fire blazing, stabs and jabs, and death w/o ever knowing if your star pupil ever erased your computer files without looking at them. 😳

2023-01-15 20:32:53 Oh good call! I saw your comment on the second ep and am in the process of trying to catch up on comments now! I did notice that you mentioned it was out of sync, though, so I'm re-exporting it now, d'oh! It was indeed out of sync by about 2 seconds!! >.< Also, thanks for the info on no previews and season 2 of Shield Hero!! I found out about it during the poll so it was too late to throw it into the mix, but I'm hoping to catch up on it at some point!
