Hey everyone! Here I am with Red vs. Blue, season 7, eps 8 - 10! Whoa, we're really moving things along in this one! After a few eps of our away-mission crew being extra wacky with mines, and Simmons discovering some new things that lead to an awkward exchange with Lopez, we get a little twist that means mystery and also danger for our friends!!! So who are these folks out in the desert anyway?! What's going on here?! I guess we'll find out!! Great eps! Enjoy! ~ MH

So there isn’t a whole lot to report here, just… shenanigans. Simmons seriously can’t stop putting his foot in his mouth, Grif can’t resist needling Sarge, Sarge wants to know why Grif hasn’t died horribly yet, and Caboose is basically oblivious to all the hiking going on. Almost feel sorry for the poor guy trying to keep them in line. Almost. 😉 Lopez might be the most miserable character in the show, imagine how much worse it would be for him if they actually understood what he was saying. So the question here is, what are these people excavating, and don’t ever try to give Sarge or Caboose navigation instructions! IT DOESN’T END WELL. 😂

The comedy of the minefield segment is so good especially Grif going off on Sarge extremely savagely. Especially the jab at his weapon of choice. The way he turns on a dime from insulting Sarge to immediately trying to step it back is impressive. Also I don’t think we have seen Sarge this mad before. I honestly love how into blowing up blue base Simmons is its hilarious in a crazy way. Trying to get any of the reds and blues to follow specific instructions is a fools errand with them being… Well themselves. They certainly love arguing semantics and are guaranteed to drive anyone crazy. As soon as they start bickering/bantering in the middle of a dangerous situation the reaction we are all going to die is valid. Also it’s hilarious that they usually default to the fuck it option they are certainly anxiety inducing and people just have to go along with their insanity. The Caboose fake out death is great because it gave us what is the worst eulogy/moment of silence from Sarge which is funny in a ridiculous way. Even though the armor they are wear is crazy strong and tough in universe Caboose surviving such a fall is impressive and I love how he just got right back up great comedic timing. It is almost unbelievable that Sarge hates Grif the most to the point he takes more issue with God not killing him as a consolation instead of being angry at God letting a blue survive. Them not noticing the guy who was helping them until they were in the middle of an argument is so RvB LOL. Also Simmons was doing surprisingly well convincing Lopez to help him but just couldn’t stop himself from making an offensive joke. The Washington scene is sarcastically funny and exciting because we are finally going to see the Chairman in person. And of course there is a cliffhanger right at that moment this is RT after all LOL. It’s interesting to learn that they got these bases for the return of all equipment but of course Caboose kept Epsilon he wants a best friend <3. The magic robot dialogue is 1 of my personal favorite Lopez moments it’s fantastic. The sarcasm comes through so well. Also it might seem surprising that Sarge made a good decision for once not trusting these guys but I think it’s less being smart and more his inherent suspicious nature and what an ominous way to end the episode. I agree that after season 6 it does feel like characters can be hurt or killed. Also you were talking about how crazy them surviving so much is and for most of them it’s luck but for Caboose it’s a combination of luck and being surprisingly tough. I’m glad you are enjoying the shenanigans. This was an awesome reaction and keep up the great work. :-) <3

Yup, pretty much! Poor Lopez! Yeah, the lack of language understanding might actually be a blessing here lol. Hahahaha they don't exactly take instruction well...particularly when it comes to directions. :P And hmm, what indeed are they excavating!!!

2023-01-15 20:31:06 Yes, the comedy is so well done! OMG the bickering in a tense situation is such a hallmark of this show, and yeah, it's ironic when they usually just end up saying eff it anyway haha. OMG the Caboose fakeout had me so scared!!!! Sarge's hate runs deep hahaha. Ugh Simmons just couldn't resist I guess, such a facepalm moment. Hahaha RT and their cliffhangers!!! Awwww Caboose believes friendship is magic too <3 LOL the magic robot lines were gold. Yeah I think it was more or less an accident that Sarge made a good call here haha. Definitely feel like there's more risk after season 6, but I'm glad Caboose is lucky and tough! I'm loving all the madness haha. Thank you so much, I'm so happy you enjoyed my reaction!!!!!!!!!!!!! And thanks for all your support!!!!! ^_^
