Hey everyone!  Here I am with Red vs. Blue, season 12, eps 11 - 13!  Wow!!!  How awesome was it to watch Church/Epsilon and Carolina do their thing?!  The way that Church analyzes/handles each situation, with the "help" of the various AI that live on through his memories....!!!!  It was fantastic!!!  And what a team they make!  Okay so, now our crew has an idea of what's really going on and what they're up against.
How do we make this work?!  And guys, it makes me SO sad that all their trainees were told they died!!!!  :(  And hey, Caboose handled the Freckles thing really well!
Now he's a little pocket robot dog!  Can't wait to see where this is all headed!  Great eps!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I absolute adore the scene with Epsilon talking to himself and making all the calculations in the span of just a couple seconds. I always love a scene when you get to see just how fast a machine can process information in comparison to a human brain

So, it should be noted that Epsilon-Church is just using memories of the other AIs as conversational partners - all of them. The most likely reason Omega is showing up is that he’s a part of the psyche, just not a pleasant one. I mean, think about it - if you couldn’t get angry yourself, not that it’s fun, it would feel like a part of you was missing, right? So while Epsilon is doing his thing time hasn’t stopped completely - it’s just very slowed down, as you can see while they’re talking there’s a bullet that begins yo fire. Also YouTube ads are getting much worse lately, some videos try to pop up an ad every two or three minutes. Theta says Carolina is having dreams about the bad guy, and as he dies Gamma appears behind both him and Epsilon, implying that she’s still thinking about either the Meta or the AI that forged him, since it was originally her AI. When Carolina listens in on the conversation with Control, it becomes apparent that Locus kept moving Washington and co around so the others couldn’t find them. Felix was trying to do everything he could to stop them from searching, which is why he got more agitated after Tucker took matters into his own hands. So if someone was crashing a ship onto Chorus filled with all this different technology, did the Reds and Blues end up here as well by accident or on purpose? Also nobody crashes the ship and everyone crashed the ship. Emily (Dr. Gray) is way too happy about all the insanity going on especially when Church keeps insulting everyone. “I’M AN EMOTIONAL TIME BOMB!” - Caboose, RWBY comes out on Saturdays, save it for then! “If I were Grif after firing that shot I’d run for my life.” Taking this opportunity to point out you used Grif and run in the same sentence. Also, flabbergasted blinking is usually the appropriate response whenever Donut says one of his quotes. “I don’t know what’s going on.” Ask the guy voicing Felix. I don’t think he’ll tell you though. You’ll just have to continue to play detective. All will be revealed in time. 😁 Hey, who’s this “Doc” character Lopez was asking about? 🤔

Right, all of those AI are memories / a part of him, even Omega / anger, makes sense! That stinks about the YouTube ads, I need to look into YouTube premium because I feel bad you guys have to deal with them popping up in my videos! Right, it feels like a Flash-ish moment where he's just able to do everything at super speed and time is moving extra slow around him. I figured when Theta said the bad guy, it was maybe a reference to the Meta. Hahaha I love the ship crash explanation!! And that's the thing, I feel like maybe their crash was predetermined. Lol Dr. Gray is gonna get more than she bargained with with our crew! Lol poor Grif!!! Hahaha flabbergasted blinking is my standard reaction for things like Donut's quotes :P Haha nope, I've just gotta wait and figure this one out on my own! LOL poor Doc :P

Also they clip out Locust and Feelix conversion to look Luke they are hopeful that it's the reds and blues and Feelix is worried about Locust getting to them first I think they did this because between season 6, 8 & 10 that everyone is expecting a big twist so they actively try to throw you off

Ohhhhhh gotcha! I did not get that, that the scene at the end of the last season was misdirection. It really does sound like her!!! It makes sense that the biggest twist at this point would be not to have a twist, at least when it comes to Carolina!! :P

Caboose thinks Felix was paid in babies because Felix said "People will pay a lot of money for this baby" while holding a defunct alien plasma rifle. It's on of those jokes that works a lot better when watching the season all at once like a movie, rather than having the setup and payoff split five weeks apart.

Ohhhh hahaha that makes sense when it comes to how Caboose hears/processes things!!! I could see things being fresher in my mind if I was watching it that way, wow that would be a long reaction though!! I usually take about 45 mins for 3 or so eps :O

I would be very impressed by someone who shot, edited and uploaded an entire season of RvB every week, but it's doesn't seem really feasible if you've got other stuff going on in your life. Especially at this point in the series where the runtimes are closer to 3 hours than 2.

Me too!!!! As much as I'd love to do that, I do film a few other shows so it probably wouldn't be feasible like you said!!! Plus, my attention span is pretty short, so not sure packing all that into one shot would be good for my brain / processing :P

2023-03-09 20:51:05 I love these episodes as a way to learn some information, see what Church & Carolina were up to and trying to figure stuff out now that they are back together. Honestly you were doing pretty good with trying to put the pieces together. The Felix reveal is upsetting but I’m glad that it’s so well done with the way they show his real personality at least in my opinion. Don’t be that embarrassed by having show boyfriends I have show girlfriends sometimes LOL. The start of episode 11 reminds me of the moment with York/Delta and a random soldier in the past back in season 10 I think. I agree the interactions between California & Church are sarcastic but wholesome especially the sis moment even if he didn’t seem to say it out loud. I love everything about the interactions and the interesting/cool stuff that happens in AI time. I think it’s great to see the strategy and teamwork that goes into the partnership between an AI & a human. It was so awesome to see the other AI characters that now make up different parts of Church again. I’m glad that like this they can live on in a way. The interactions are nice. Sigma showing up for a moment when talking about Carolina probably having nightmares about the Meta is a nice touch. Basically the scene that made you think she was control was a trick when it was just her and Church listening in on a conversation with control. I don’t know if Dr. Grey is 1 of my favorite characters but I do love her especially how scientifically minded she is. She was always going to be interested in this group with how quirky they are. Psychoanalyzing these guys would be different for each of them some would be interesting, some terrifying and some just sad. It was important to discuss what they were going to do next. It’s unfortunate that solving this problem can’t be easy because of how much meticulous planning the enemy has put into this planet as an “investment”. That comment about telenovelas was brilliant. And then we transition to the bad guys. You can just hear the rage inside of Felix in this moment. Once again Miles is so good at playing an evil bastard especially with the great acting of his fast talking. Control’s voice is so unsettling and this new final plan is truly disturbing & dark with how matter of factly it is talked about. I don’t have much to say about episode 13 but I agree with you about the banter. I love how gentle Wash was trying to be when explaining what happened. Emotional time bomb describes me with a lot of my favorite shows LOL. I’m happy that Caboose is happy with the recent developments. I like how helpful Dr. Grey is with her intelligence knowing about alien weapons. The combo of human & alien technology seems to make very deadly and profitable weapons like Felix has said which I guess might explain the interest in this world. The mustard line is so good LOL. So now they have a plan. You just have to wait and see what happens next. At this point I had a lot of questions too all I can say is just be prepared for what’s to come. Awesome reaction & thoughts. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

Haha thanks, I was definitely on to something, I just had no idea how close I was really getting! Lol glad you understand about the show sweeties haha. I could see the similarities to the York/Delta moment for sure! The Carolina and Church interactions were just priceless!!! And I loved seeing all the AI interactions too. And the mention of the Meta was great too. Ohhhh ok so that wasn't really Carolina! So weird, it does sound like her! Dr. Grey is great so far! I know, you could do a whole case study on our crew, and it would vary from wow to awww :( Miles killed it here, I had no idea he could do evil so well! Control is interesting too. Wash trying to break it gently was so sweet! LOL I hear you about the emotional time bomb thing!!!! I was glad Caboose was okay! Yeah it helps to make even more sense about why Felix would be so in it for the weapons. LOL the mustard line!! I can't wait to see what happens!
