Hey everyone!  I'm back today with Kamen Rider Geats episode 48!!!  OMG!!!!!  It was amazing to see everyone finally working together and holding stuff down in their own way - Neon and her dad using their connections, Daichi using the Jyamato, etc.!  Finally!!!  And Ace faces off with Suel, but you guys, that ending has got me SHOOK!!!!  The last bit of the theme song finally coming into play - Tsumuri shooting Ace :O  But was that really her?  Was it all part of a plan?
It's ironic to think that Ace taking back his individuality was what made him vulnerable here, but we're not done yet!  Here's hoping for a big epic finish to this series!  Can't wait for the finale!

Well, some people coming up with a few theories after watching the scene. Here's one I found. --- Believe that people would be wondering why Tsumuri would turn her gun at Ace? There is an interesting article written in Official Website, that is... In the latest episode, Ace was able to break the Creation Curse. Originally, "the god of creation loses will and becomes a tool". “Humans cannot fully utilize the power of creation.” Ace had reached the limit where he could use the power of creation as a human. This was in response to Keiwa's desire to "protect the world". But the great misfortune caused by that was "death" If I had to guess based on the Japanese manga formula, I think it might come in the form of having to abandon your physical body to become a deity in order to fully utilize the power of creation or something like that. Because before being shot, Ace himself said something like that. He was already prepared. But I might just imagine it myself, hahaha 😂 --- And... since I didn't check the subbed version yet, I don't know the detail, but I have a feeling that Ace got his table turned over too easy. Remember every trouble he has gone through? He beat out every DGP seasons and become Desirety multiple times. He fooled his friend, DGP management, and even get back in the game after he's game over. He also get his power from his past incarnation's desire (Boost Mk.II). I think just a reverse might be to less to outsmart him. He might have a plan...

Beside, I love the Jyamatos Entry. Someone figure out that the costume they wore are Japanese Kindergarten costumes, the costume wore by kids who don't have to think much but to play, making friends, and being happy. Also, the sunflower on their head hve meaning of "the only love, honest, unchangable" like how sunflower only face to sun. It can mean various things, like if Daichi is teaching them to love others, or it might meaning their love to Achimidel, but however, they are going to live a happy and peaceful life with human. Moreover, they appear suddenly after Win said "because ours life so short, we live it to the best!" As if they saying "we too!"

And so the very scene from the intro......has finally come true......Tsumuri has pulled the trigger....but is it the other....or our Tsumuri.....only the final episode....will tell...

2023-08-23 15:49:36 "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmwhatcha sayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, that you only meant well-" ...Of COURSE I have to go for the "Dear Sister" reference, I mean she IS his sister due to that one wish. xD You have to admit that it's pretty messed up that these new Riders have bombs rigged in their helmets just in case they stopped fighting each other. ...Though with how scummy the DGP is, I'm surprised that it wasn't a standard feature. ...Is anyone else getting Pikmin vibes from Daichi's Jyamato? xD But that ending tho... Why do I have a funny feeling that this is going to play out just like in Episode 15 when Ace returned from being Eliminated? Like we've seen how it worked when Ace is eliminated normally, so maybe he *knows* his wish is still in effect? Or will he have another wish that he's yet to cash in on? I'm willing in that mischievous smirk of Ace's. Also it's kind of funny because it usually takes a while for CSM version of Belts to come out, however with certain *recent* riders they started to release CSM Styled Belts(As in the part that's supposed to wrap around your body, the Driver does not come with it) that you can equip to your DX Drivers...Turning your DX toy into a psuedo-CSM release, or a 'High Spec' release. There's one for Kamen Rider Zero-One, and there's one for the Desire Driver. However this weekend while we got the Zillion Driver pre-orders, we also got pre-orders for the Raise Riser Belt(Ziin's belt) High Spec Belt. However seeing as the original version of the toy was pretty much just DX Belt Extenders and a very hollow shell of a plastic piece acting as the 'Driver' Part of the belt... Instead of only improving on the belt part and leaving the Driver alone... Well, they re-did the ENTIRE belt, Driver and all from scratch. Just to make it ACTUALLY show accurate. And with the Memorial Raise Laser Buckle being of higher quality, having sounds added as well as character dialogue... Well... At this point it pretty much just IS a CSM release in everyway but the name. xD I wouldn't be shocked if they eventually sell the Belt/Gun together in a single bundle and call it the 'CSM' release.

Hi Hime :) You see what I was saying Sunday saying it was about family. For Girori, I was pretty sure he was the one who was going to make his comeback when the camera focused on a game master, that's what made sense to me since he wasn't dead, but who had been removed from his post. And it's fun to see him back this week, after you saw the movie where he's also present, so his character was fresh in your memory. But for now, I like his comeback and it shows, that he was really in his idea of "kamen rider who saves the world" and that if he attacked Ace, it's because he was doing wishes that seemed selfish and came too close to the truth about the DGP. I don't know if we will see him transform again, but Girori against Samas could be interesting, if Samas recovered the belt from Niram, we would have Glare against Gazer female version. Black Tsumuri does a henshin pose, which is based on that of Kamen Rider Ichigo (the very first Kamen Rider), our Tsumuri had already done this pose in a previous episode, but with her arms pointing to her right while Black Tsumuri is more close to the original with an orientation to her left. But it's mainly to say that both of them do this pose in opposite ways, showing even more the mirror side of our two Tsumuri. Neon and her father were both great, now that her family issues are over, you can tell she takes her role as Kurama at 100%, even mimicking her father during their intimidation scene. It's sad to say that if her father had noticed his feelings long before, he would have seen that his wish that Neon be the future of the Kuramas, could be accomplished without problem, because there, we feel she is ready to take over from her father. This is also where we see the evolution of other characters, Michi was all about "All kamen riders are my enemies", now he says himself that he is not the enemy of the Kamen Rider attacking him. I love Michi and his evolution. Now for the theories (you know me). Ace says he's gonna change OUR world, and I misread it at first thinking he was talking about Suel's. Which led me to the idea that Tsumuri killing him now could either be: - Separate him from his mortal condition and therefore escape Suel's control. - Chain the cycles of reincarnation to reach the same era as Suel and the DGP, to change it from that time. Another crazy idea that came to me, we know that Tsumuri was created with a part of Mitsume in it, Jitt is a game master who was created by Suel in a blinkd and Black Tsumuri was created from the crystallization of a tear of Tsumuri. What if Girori had been created in the image of someone like Tsumuri ? For example, Ace's real father. Yes I remain on the idea that the "family" of Ace, Tsumuri and Girori is not so fake as that, and seeing that Tsumuri is somehow linked to Ace via Mitsume, why not Girori too.

This being the penultimate (yep still working on ingraining that in your vocabulary 😉) episode is confirmed, as the preview at the end said “final episode.” Also the title next week indicates a new arc as it’s no longer called “Genesis,” but with one episode left do we really even want to ask what’s in it…? As far as the episode itself, one of the overall themes of people trying to be happy at the expense of others… granted, it takes a real visceral form here, but it’s also kind of a social commentary on real life because that happens a lot more than it doesn’t. A few people take from others, for their own gain. Obviously the main crew’s goal is a lot more idealistic, but it happens a lot less in actuality. So yes, in a roundabout way the show IS calling us out. I do think it’s interesting that the rest of the crew all did kind of things that fit their personality during the game - Keiwa is saving bystanders, Neon clearly inherited a few tricks from her dad, and Michinaga is well… “tanking damage,” for lack of a better word. Although I do wonder if that line “don’t attack back” was layered or planned. Now I’m wondering if Ace’s whole family setup with Tsumuri and Girori previously was to set up what’s happening now… he does have a tendency to think ahead. Oh I suppose the final scenes should be addressed, first I’d like to say the sword was shooting at Suel so we missed a “it’s also a gun” opportunity. Also the VIPs get more treatment than regular audience members - this isn’t unlike actual sporting events, or convention goers but what happens when you ignore the real fans who don’t have tons of money lying around? That’s a mistake a lot of companies make. That final scene has been in the opening since the beginning, so they’ve known about this… I would be curious to know how far ahead planning on a series that takes this long to complete is. It looks like actual Tsumuri, but we did see her doppelgänger show up at the base and she dropped the honorific as well… but I can’t tell if it’s part of the plan or not because Ace told her “I’m ready,” like he was waiting for this to happen. Of course, they cut as soon as the trigger fired. They didn’t want you to see what happened next, yet,. So what was in the gun, why is Ace letting it happen… and he’s a fox, let’s not forget that, so I get the feeling things are meant to look one way and are actually another. Or we could just be doing the “no victory without sacrifice” trope… for this far in, that Fox still has everyone (including the audience, quite literally) scrambling to keep up. Or he could be just around the corner having Soba with Sara, darned if I know at this point. Thinking about this too much will turn you into a crazy person, so I guess see you next week. 😅

PS: Quick addendum, I’m personally super busy over the weekend so while I might attempt to get my thoughts on the rest of the week’s reaction (Ahsoka, in other words), chances are it won’t be until the end of the weekend unless I do some fancy footwork. But I’m just saying it up front now: there WILL be screaming and/or squealing involved. 🙃

Hahaha you ought to know by now that I'm stubborn!!! >.< I'm not even sure I wanna ask that question lol, guess we'll find out! I think you make a good way about the way in which the show is calling us out - in more of a social commentary kind of way. It's actually pretty well done! Isn't that cool the way that everyone held it down in their own way!!! That's what I'm thinking, what are the odds that Ace has had a plan all along. Ahhhhh no I hate it when I miss the "it's also a gun" opportunities!!! :P That's true, the VIP thing is very true to life too isn't it. I love that we finally got that one scene from the opening! That's the thing, like I'm legit not sure if they're implying it's Tsumuri or not. Oh yeah, they're not gonna give us a visual on that shot! I do feel like he's clever enough to be a step ahead on this. Hahahaha if he's off having soba, that would be wild! Sounds good about this weekend, no worries whatsoever, after all I'm here to entertain you, so whenever you get the chance to watch is totally up to you!!! Thanks for letting me know! Hahahaha ohhh that totally fits lol! Omg I know, the DGP is the worst!!!! The whole thing is so sick. Lol I just googled Pikmin and I can totally see it! Yeah there's definitely gonna be some kind of twist or catch, it could definitely be similar to the way Ace came back before. No kidding about the CSM belts!!! That's a cool feature! That's crazy that they re-did the whole belt, that's legit!!!! I guess we'll have to wait and see how they market it all in the future!!!

Hi Spadeas! :) You were so right about the family theme! Oh yeah good call about Girori, that does make sense! I didn't put it together until the last minute but it was a great twist. His comeback is great and really does fit the idea of his goals so well. I agree, I'd love to see him transform and fight again! Ohhh no kidding about the Ichigo reference! Cool! Also cool that she's mirroring our Tsumuri. Omg I love Neon working with her dad! That's so true, if only he'd really seen her before, he would have seen that she was the perfect one to carry on the legacy. At least he realized it before it was too late! Oooohh those are actually some great theories about what Ace is up to! Oooooohhh you know what, I actually think the Girori being connected somehow to Ace's dad theory is really good!! The family theme is definitely strong here. I can't wait to find out if you're right!!!
