Hey everyone!  As promised, here is my theory video!  I've used up all the red string I have, so I hope you enjoy lol!!!  Thanks, too, for always being super cool about not spoiling me on anything!  I know it's tricky with a video like this, but you guys are all great about it so I'm not too worried :D  I hope I got some of these right!!!!  Time will tell I guess!!!!  Thanks for listening!  ~ MH

Theorizing for Jojo's is so tricky because Araki loves throwing curveballs. It is however important to put it all in words for the sake of your mental health. Pretty sure that's an official therapy thing, not even general stuff like specific to Jojo's. Therapists love Araki because he gets them new clients. Great scarf there, my mom used to crochet a bit. Silk would be impossible because you are not a spider and everyone knows silk scarfs are made from spider webs. (idea for stand: spider that makes clothes)

Hi Hime :) Many interesting theories that hold water and are not that far from the truth. For the idea of a brother of Jonathan, there was one, his name was Dio lol (adoptive brother). But we know what happened to him. But without telling you in which part, there is indeed a part with two "Joestar" sibling, which changes from the only child we used to have (except if you count Josuke as the brother of Holly). For the throwback and the cameos, it's actually something possible, it allows you to engage from a story point of view with known characters and do some fanservice. But we'll talk about it at the end of part 6, because it will give you a better idea of what can be done. Regarding the time jump, don't forget that the manga was written long before the anime. Golden Wind (Part 5) was released from 1995 to 1999, Stone Ocean (Part 6) from 2000 to 2003, Part 7 from 2004 to 2011, Part 8 from 2011 to 2021 and Part 9 started This year. For the lengths in years of parts 7 and 8, it is because it went from weekly to monthly in publication. But just for example, DiU (part 4) was released between 1992 and 1995, even though the story takes place in 1999. In a sense, Araki had already caught up with his time by the time of part 4. Dio and "father" in the same sentence can make you smile for two reasons, I can't wait for you to understand why ^^.

A whole lot of them were really good. I’d never be able to come up with half of this stuff. My mind gets boggled every time I try to come up with how it’s going to progress. For Jojo I could come up with theories based on its style of writing. The stuff with Joseph in part 4 made it more possible to come up with different ways things could go. It was a curveball but somehow it eventually made it easier to expect the unexpected. That alone I bet I could come up with a few good ones, cause I’m aching to know how this is going to work as well. But what’s making it impossible for me to guess is the darn timeline! It’s usually reversed, timeline helps while style distracts. For the blonde Jojo to come Idk, wives of Joestars tend to be blonde, so maybe that’s it— that’s all I’ve got at this point. If I run the timeline in my head a whole bunch of factors come into play making it impossible. I will say I find some of the things you mentioned, whether right or wrong, interesting. Without really thinking I guess I just always surmised that Avdol was the one to introduce the information of stands to Joseph when his sprung, and thus their relationship happened. Next, I just know in my heart there’s a likely possibility of Jotaro having a family but I just can’t seem to fit in where. 😤 It’s just killing me. If it’s some sort of family within the Joseph’s it’s probably something estranged, or like a cousin twice removed type deal idk. That’s all I have. This series has done something to me that no other has really done. It defeated me. 🏳

Oh okay cool! I knew Avdol had his all his life but wasn't sure how/when exactly Joseph found out about them. So there goes my Part 2/3 gap period theory, oh well! They could still do it and just not involve Joseph, but I'd love to see middle-aged Joseph so much :(((((

Oooohhhh siblings you say?? Interesting!!! I can't wait to know more! Wow!!! I'm really excited that the past/cameo stuff could be a possibility! Obviously I know we can't discuss it yet, but I'm dying to see what you mean lol. Wow, the manga did come out a really long time ago!! I didn't realize that DiU actually came out a few years earlier than the setting, but it's not off by much. Plus, it's not like doing a 50 year time jump - I feel like Araki wouldn't like writing something that far ahead because for the most part, the world around our Jojos is pretty "grounded" in reality, and a lot of "future" stuff would inevitably be inaccurate. (For example, if he wrote about flying cars in the 2020s back in the 90s, that would be way off sadly lol.) Oooohhhh I'm dying to know about Dio hahahaha!!!! Thanks so much for the info!!!!

I was not expecting the theory to come out so soon, but it’s a nice surprise!!! :) These are very interesting theories!! Some are completely valid and some I’m like “huh, it would have been interesting if Araki had gone in this direction.” But I don’t want to say too much. Sadly, we will have to wait a long while for part 7 to be animated. Probably a few years. But I also think that we need to be prepared for the possibility that we might not get parts 7-9 animated. As there has been rumors that last year+ that the studio might decide to end the anime at part6. Some of it having to do with the story some of it having to do with technical animation difficulties. I honestly do think they will animate the other parts, but it’s going to be awhile. But we can discuss all that once we’re done with part 6!

Awww that's what I'm hearing....I'm definitely bummed to think we'll have to wait a while, or possibly not even get those later parts animated!!! :O I can't imagine what could be so hard to animate, but I guess I'll find out later one way or another lol. I can't wait to be able to fully discuss everything once I'm caught up!!! At this rate, it will probably be sometime in early 2024 (towards the spring). That is, if I don't get anxious and watch 50 eps at once or something :P After I'm caught up, I'm gonna have to assess where to go from there....because if it's looking like years or maybe never for the anime, I'm gonna be really tempted to jump into the manga for Parts 7 - 9! Really hoping maybe they throw us a bone with some kind of update on the anime by then though, it'd be a shame to have to not continue the watching journey together!!!! >.<

Thank you so much! Omg, I totally get it - it's REALLY hard to predict anything on this show honestly!!! I agree, like now that we know that there's basically no limit on what they'll do to get another Jojo lol, it almost makes it a bit easier to know what we're dealing with. That's the thing, the timeline makes it SO hard here!!! Otherwise there would be so much more to work with! Like I get it, Araki is pretty grounded in the way he writes the world around all the craziness happening to our characters. So he's not gonna set something in 2050 with flying cars, since that's unrealistic, you know? That's true, our boys do like blondes I guess lol. I'm glad you found my theories interesting though! I think you're right about Avdol, so that kinda blows my middle-aged Joseph adventure out of the water, which SUCKS cause that's the one I wanted to see the most lol. Maybe not though, cause if he can't see the Stand, and they don't tell him exactly what it is, maybe he'd just assume they had some sort of psychic powers lol. That's stretching it though haha. Yeah I feel like we'll get Jotaro's kid sooner than we'll get Josuke's, but we'll see I guess! That would be my guess, it's probably gonna be a cousin who's not super close! Otherwise I think maybe they'll just reboot it all and we'll be following all new people? Who knows....!!! Noooo don't give up Manny!!!! I know you can come up with some boss theories if you hang in there lol!!!!

Oop got it! Joseph may not have gotten stands yet but he’s seen some other crazy stuff, hamon related and more. So there’s still validity in him assuming they had some sort of psychic abilities when he couldn’t see stands yet. Ahah! 👌 👻

I would be too!! I really hope we do get the other parts animated! I feel like the main reason could be a small spoiler, but I don’t think it give anything away really. I can’t wait either!! (Patiently waiting for spring 2024) hahahah Yeah that’s going to be a bit of a pickle. I couldn’t wait after I caught up to part 5 I ended up jumping into 6. I hope they throw us a bone! It took two years from when part 5 ended for part 6 to be announced. So hopefully in another year we’ll hear something!! There’s also the Rohan spinoff to help tied us over in the meantime :p

Hahaha omg you and me both, like there's a very real part of me that just wants to binge watch all the way through part 6 right now haha!! I hear you, I don't blame you for diving right into the manga after part 5! Oh that would be great if they at least told us something in the next year or so! If I know the anime is coming, I'll do my best to wait....but if it looks like they're really not planning on animating anything past part 6 anytime soon, it's gonna be a really tough call since I literally can't get enough of this series haha. Ohhhh that's right, I'll have that to look forward to!!!! I saw the book in the bookstore the other day and almost bought it but I know I'd be tempted to read it now if I did hahaha.
