Hey everyone!  I'm BACK with more Spy x Family!  Here's my reaction to season 2, episode 4!  OMG!!!!  You know if the episode is centered around a pastry, I'm gonna be all about it!!!  What a fun and hilarious ride watching Anya try and figure out how to be...well...more like her parents and engage in some subterfuge!  In the end, it was some good old vulnerability that helped win the day haha.  It's too bad sweets don't make you smart - I'd be a genius!  And then there's Franky and Yor's kitty mission!!!  No kitty stands a chance against Yor's capturing abilities haha!  It was fun to see them paired up for an adventure!  But, of course it ended with poor Franky alone again.  At least the cat is safe!!!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I'm not going to say anything about pastries, I'm the same (big fan of flan or lemon tartlet). Besides, I posted some chestnut and candied orange peel cookies that I made this weekend on my Twitter, in case you haven't seen them. But yes, Anya's expression could only have had an effect on our tsundere Damian, although I think it would have worked on Becky too lol. For Franky, having started watching One Piece again, when I saw him putting on his armor I almost wanted to shout "Battle Franky", but they didn't go for that name, too bad. In any case, Yor is still as effective as ever. If Franky knew that he had just met a member of Garden, he who had just told Loid how dangerous they are, he probably would have pooped his pants lol.

*cough cough* Boston Crème Donut *cough cough* ANYWAY… 👀 It seems Anya has regaled Becky with tales of her interpretation of the flirtatious nature. And it seems that Becky is trying to “teach” Anya, but Anya’s not too interested, she keeps saying “this sheep looks like the other.” When you kept mentioning Bondman’s girlfriends, I should mention there’s a rather funny anime airing right now that desks with this topic - it’s titled “The 100 Girlfriends who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You.” Side tangent over - look, we know you’re gonna lose it when food’s involved - I find it interesting that Anya specifically was told the test on ancient language would be critical. Old Maid is a game my mother used to play, imagine my shock when it showed up twice in one week in two different airing animes. The idea is to not get stuck with the Joker, it’s sort of like Uno with a twist. Damian’s got two different sides to him, the side that will do anything to get ahead and be top of the class - and the side with a soft spot for little miss smug face. In all honesty, he’s probably the best candidate of the five to be left out, he’s already pretty book smart. Becky, why aren’t you getting more invested in this back and forth yet? 🙃 Anya’s got her own romantic drama encounter going on - and she has no idea what’s even happening of course. Loid noticed that Anya’s mistakes in the ancient language paper were spelling errors… and she couldn’t really have learned the language somewhere else… so did that pastry… somewhat… work? She DID get told that was a critical subject! They also said Eden has SEVEN wonders… now I’m curious… Franky’s up to his old tricks again - he’s kind of the opposite of Twilight and has all the skills (and lack of) that Twilight mirrors, including the ability to get a girlfriend. Some guys just have all the luck. “I can’t tell Yor I do a lot of shady things…” Actually, Franky, I think Yor would understand a little more than you’re giving her credit for.. Garden has not yet been mentioned until now. Although when I saw that I had to laugh, because I’m wondering if they just dropped a reference to a show called The Eminence in Shadow, that uses a similar concept. But we don’t know the name of Yor’s group, only that her contact is called Shopkeep. I can vouch for cats being tenacious… my mom is constantly getting mailed by two kittens who need constant attention right now… imagine how chaotic THIS is! Franky, for all the skirt chasing you’re doing, it really wouldn’t have been that hard to find out if your target had a boyfriend… Loid STILL has no idea what his girls are up to after all this time… 😅 I don’t have any solid information but I’m told we’re starting a new arc next week! 🎃 Happy Halloween 🎃

Well that puts an end to that legend. But a good snack is always good for studies. 🧁 🥮 🥐 🍎 Aw I thought that was a cute pairing. Its really sweet Yor just likes to help out. I personally think Franky’s cute. And woman would be happy to have him.

Yeah I feel like there's something more to that ancient language thing! What was the other anime that Old Maid showed up in? I used to play it with my grandma! I mean, you're not wrong about Damian - he probably doesn't even need the cookie! He does have a soft spot for our little peanut though, doesn't he, even if he doesn't want to admit it! Hahahaha Becky should be right on top of this drama shouldn't she! I mean, that's the thing about the ancient language....like either she read someone's mind at some point and learned it that way, or the cookie worked! Ooh good call on the seven wonders too. Hahah poor Franky! LOL if only Franky knew right?! No kidding about the possible reference to another show haha. Ok cool so I didn't forget anything! Awww kittens do need lots of attention, good luck to your mom! I've been there with a puppy! The sheer number of cats here is pretty amazing isn't it! I mean, maybe in a way, Franky didn't wanna know :( LOL all this is happening under Loid's nose! Oohhh I got that impression too from some folks who are manga readers - a new story is on the horizon!
