Hey everyone!  I'm BACK with more Spy x Family!  Here's my reaction to season 2, episode 12!  OMG!!!!!!!!  This one was SO good, sweet, funny, wholesome, etc.!!!!  Watching Bond in action is always a huge treat!  And seeing the bond (no pun intended lol) between him and Loid grow was just too precious.  Loid can't even try to pretend like this is all about the mission!  He loves that dog, we can all see it!  And the way Bond loves his family, and Anya.....!!!!  And the way he saved Daisy the puppy.......!!!!!  Gahhhh my heart can't take it!  I'm gonna miss this show!  What a season!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I feel like I’m obliged to keep these comments a bit shorter, since you’re “playing catch up” after Christmas, lol. I knew this was going to hit you on the weak spots. I wasn’t wrong. :D Poor Franky, he’s just out here trying to do his best, and Loid keeps using him as a test dummy - although in this case, the training actually provided dividends. “You’re not sensing Bond into a burning building!” Me: “Hey, you said it out loud, what are you expecting?” You know, we’ve made some observations in the past about Loid, particularly his ability to see everything on a mission but not notice what’s going on in the house, and I think I may have finally put it together: he’s got a blind spot when it comes to his family, all three of them. It’s kind of the same way a parent pays more attention to their own child, that kind of concept - but reversed? So all three of them are right in his blind spots. So, you asked about future plans: one thing is definite: there is a movie that was just released in Japan, called Spy x Family: Code White. It will be in the States next year, and Crunchyroll is part of the distribution, so it should come there eventually. I’m sure you are interested. Regarding the next season: no news at this point. This is actually the only manga I’m reading, and as of this post, there are eleven volumes worth, plus the chapters being serialized. This season ended in Volume 9 of the manga, and the author has admitted he can be a bit slower getting them out, but he is fairly steady at producing. It may be a couple of years before a Season 3 just based on the content needed for a full season, but it should come. PS: You forgot to WAKU WAKU… so if it takes a while longer, that’s probably why…. 👀

Hi Hime :) With how he look wet, we can tell that Bond has mopped the arsonist. I suspected even before seeing the heart in Fiona's eyes that she was drawing a heart on her shooting target. Ultimately this season wasn't bad, but luckily there's Yor's arc on the cruise ship, because most of the season seems really "out of story" otherwise. I have nothing against 1 or 2 episodes like that from time to time, but almost a full season, when season 1 had accustomed us to something else, almost made me abandon the series. Fortunately, this end of the season saved everything. I don't know about a season 2, but I know that there is at least one film, released shortly before Christmas in Japan, so we'll have to wait a few months before we can see it elsewhere.

That was a great way to end it. That was absolutely wonderful. A major Bond and Loid episode. It’s a cute episode that may seem like a solely slice of life, and it is. But it also emphasizes how important Bond is to the family as any other member is. I love that! Just hug your dog. Go find Buffy and give her a hug idk just show some love for dog loves safe. *sniff 🥹

Thanks for being patient with my after-Christmas rush lol! Oooohh yeah you guessed it! Haha poor Franky! LOL I need to stop saying these things don't I. OHHHH you're so right, they're totally his blind spot! It's a lot like the way a lot of us have blind spots for certain things in our families too, that's such a good call. Oh that's awesome about the movie!!! I can't wait! So cool that you're reading the manga too. It's too bad it'll be a few years but glad to know it's very likely that we'll get another one! Ahhhhh no I've cursed us all with my lack of waku waku!!!

Wasn't it?! It was just lovely! I love that Bond is such a big part of the family too! I've been hugging my dog ever since I watched this lol!!! She must be able to see the future too, because she knows she's gonna get lots of treats out of me now :P

Hi Spadeas! :) Bond mopped the floor with that arsonist for sure! Oh I'm glad the end of the season won you over!!! I can see how the format was a little different this time for sure. I heard about the movie, yay!!!! It'll suck to have to wait but I'm glad it will air outside Japan eventually!!!
