Oh boy! Haha... I feel like this was answered.. But what separates I guess feral zombies, from George and the other "Smart" Zombies? Or is it simply all of them are "Smart" but some just like the be in group of eating anything that walks

Awakened zombies have something very important to them that breaks their feral state before it is locked in which reverts them to their living personality. If they're not brought out of that soon after rising, they're mindless, killing machines for the rest of their time on Earth.
