I just read an article about how some comics add an e-mail the strip as a Patreon reward. This way you know when the comic is updated and it also gives you an ad free experience.

The majority of folks in this campaign already get the Patreon post for HD versions of the strip ($5+) so I'm not sure how well a regular or SD version would be welcomed.

That's the only reason I could see a secondary list instead of posting a Patrons only might be beneficial.

So if I were to include this to the $1+ tier, what would be your preference?

Hooray! (BTW... it's not that I want ad-free, it's that while I don't always have time to go to the web site to read the comic, I always check my email, which contains Patreon's posts.)

Some people might prefer an ad-free experience, but since they're contributing to the Patreon campaign it's fine with me.
